training ss?

whats the fastest way of training?
1. macro insar self (till hp < x || mana < y), med (til mana=full), heal (till hp=full), ss(every 10s)
2. macro corpseskin self(till mana<x), med (till mana = full), ss(every 10s)
3. just casting wither on champ spawn

i don't understand formulas of this skill raise

you cast wither in champ spawn and in max 1 day you can train spirit from 0 to 120
the other way is using this skill on a boat in movement

why only using? its once a 10 sec. all the other time i can cast paine spike, evil omen, corpse skin on slef. the question is what to cast batter on boat.
