New account mishappenings - help all who can!

I have a friend who's new to UO. He made an accout about an hour and a half ago - FreakyAlien. However when he tries to login in the game, it says "unable to authenticate login... caps lock... if new account may not be active yet... bla bla bla."

He manages to login in the forum and we are able to exchange messages but he doesn't appear in the active users list.

Is this really a not-active-yet issue and if it is, how long will he have to wait? Otherwise, what can the problem be?

i can't hel you, but the best way to solve your problem is to contact an admin via icq ^^
