Man, u've got me wrong - the talking there was about NO ITALIAN LANGUAGE (i've edited my post, for everybody not to make the same mistake understanding). If you want to participate in foreigners' section you should write in english.

Anybody can compain to any moderator in case of abuse, if the topic is in russian (or any other language) and the topic then would be closed, but i don't think that a minority of russians would go off-handed and quarrel openly on the forum I mean, english is the main mean of communication there, but there could be a possibility to start topics in different languages, if there's a strong wish.

PS. Anyway we can try in different ways and see what works best
