Deliver bolts and arrow

Anyone know how much i need deliver blots for drop haertwood, and how much I need deliver arrow for drop heartwood.

you can't deviver arrow, only bolts.. and about the first question, is a mistake(random), you can drop after 10 bolts, or 100k bolts..
