Problem with updating Client

I have 7.0.11.3 and it is not going up, on the uodreams site wrote that need 7.0.21.2 ... Hmmmm I tried to download a new client but size is lower that mine. mine client size is 977mb but new one is 937mb. How it possible to be new one if size is lower? ^_^ please tell me.

If somebody will give me already patched client, Thank you very much...

Probably the file is smaller because you have to update it with the patches.
Client+patches> 977mb

I suggest you start updating your client without downloading a new client
