    do you have enough free space in your hard disk?
    try looking for a txt document in UO directories (can't remember the name) where the error is described

          The content is:

          uosa_win32_7-0-16-3.pat
          uosa_win32_7-0-16-3.rtp
          That's all.

            in a thread in the next page user Clarion suggest to modify the Login.cfg file like this:
            (save a backup copy)

            ;Loginservers for Ultima Online
            ;Do not edit this file or patching will fail! Always save a backup.
            LoginServer=login.owo.com,7775
            LoginServer=login.owo.com,7776
            there must be five lines of code,the last one empty (just push return)
            if even this don't work check support page on uo.com XD
