Hello. A few days ago, I have lost connection to UODreams. Stuck "Verifying Account". I reinstalled Windows (windows 7), I reinstalled Ultima Online (patch version 7.0.21.2). Stuck "Verifying Account" again. I'm frustrated. I hope you can help me solve my problem.

Double check server address and port on Razor or login.cfg: gameserver16.gamesnet.it 2593
If you use vipre disable its own firewall.
Do you succesfully ping the server address ?
Try patching a little more, even the latest version should run fine.

Do two things.

- Pull up a command prompt and type in "tracert gameserver16.gamesnet.it" without the quotes and hit enter. Paste the results back here.

- Download a portchecker software and verify that 2593 is open.

But, do you use razor or not ?
Beware that the encrypted client support for 7.0.22 and over has not yet been introduced (will be soon), but you said earlier that you tried with 7.0.21 and that was supposed to work, hmm.
With razor it works fine, at least for us, I have no idea what else could be wrong with your configuration.
