PvP Pg with high ping

I would like to know what's your opinion on what would be the best pvp pg for a player that has an average of 200 ping?
I know that a mage is out of a question but besides that I am a bit lost...

because mage is not good width hight ping,

Archer sounds good, but I thought archers were nerfed and are praticaly useless nowdays?

they're sure as hell not useless. it's just that they no longer 2 hit ppl with concussion. anyway what's true is that they tend to require some more skill to play than before and they do wonders in group pvp while suck in 1v1 contests.
