chiva fcr6 and fcr7

is there real difference betwean fcr 6 and 7?
if it ever exists i don't understand it.

with fcr7 u can spam obsuvulni, explorflame...etc, i tried with fcr6 but "you havent recovered from last spell" message went out.
I tried this with my pure bard during tokuno event and i saw this, maybe it nothing changes with a war.
