[DUBBIO] Lower defense, LS and EoO

I want to ask if "Lower Defense" gives bonus in PvM when using Enemy of One and Lightning Strike.
Lower defense doesn't show it's graphic when you hit with EoO, and sound is hard to hear over LS, but I think effect is applied normally.

Is there difference is you use or don't use lower defense in PvM if you are 120, 45hci +LS vs a 120 skill monster?

i think there is no difference, with LS, EoO + 120 skill combat , you can hit what ou want XD

EoO dont give u a bonus to ur chance to hit.
hld put mob on dci -25 (monster have 0 dci).
LS seems to dont overcap HCI.

So if u have hci 45 vs Monster LS dont raise ur % of hit.(72.5%)
So if u have hci 45 vs Monster HLD raise ur % of hit.

120combat + 45hci vs a monster with 120 combat under the effect of hld give u a 96.67 chance to hit.
