I will use that after they fix vampiric embrace life leech. But I have already waited it to get fixed for over a year so this might never happen. Now my warrior is currently useless because his template got screwed like yours. I will use ssi 30 ornate axe with leeching properties as my weapon. But if you want to solo Doom Gauntlet then this template is not working.

Maybe some boring whammy like this:

120 weapon skill
120 parry
20-40 Necro (curse weapon and wraith form)
100 Spirit speak (for curse weapon)
100 anatomy
100 tactics
100 resisting spells
40-60 Chivalry

Does this affect Curse Weapon as well? Or is it just Vampiric Embrace the spell that is affected?

I'm talking about the implementation of life leech:

Judas confirmed my bugreport maybe 6 months ago where I told him that the life leech effect on vampiric embrace is not working. He tested it on OSI and agreed that it's not working like it should.

The life leech is currently leeching always a certain % of your base damage that is shown on your status window. It should leech a certain % of the damage you do on your enemy when you hit.

Why it's useless at this moment? Well, my character has a base damage of 70. So I heal 14hp with every hit. But I have chivarly, slayer weapon and lightning strike. When I crit 250 damage, it still only heals 14hp when it should heal 50hp.

So yeah my Kengo Samurai is still waiting. He's unplayable in pvm because the mainsource of healing should be vampiric embrace but it doesnt work.

I thought my question was clear because this was (one of) the main subject of the thread. Guess I was wrong!

So... does the life leech wrong implementation affect Curse Weapon too? I don't have a character to make the test myself. Thanks

As far as I know it works correctly, though I have never tested it having the mechanism in my mind. I mean it leeches a lot of hp and I was happy with that.
