With 120 Chiv. and max Karma u have 100% of success.
With 100 Chiv. and max Karma i guess is about 50/60%.
Every 5 skill point is about 10% with max karma:
-100 chiv= 50/60
-105 chiv= 70
-110 chiv= 80
-115 chiv= 90
-120 chiv= 100
