i don't know glasses price 'cause i still haven't found someone who sell it..
I know it's a very looooooooooong time collection,so i think i can say its price is like mace and shield for the time you spend for take it...you have to give something like 40.000 scales :I

For bonus and resistence i think this glasses are very similar to Hat of Magi
