problem with my veteran rewards

Dear GM
My account is 920 days old on "Base GUL account" and i don't have any veteran rewards. I dont know where is proper place to put my question about it. If it is'nt that i'm sorry. I'm Polish. I don't understand Italian and my english is rather poor.

Veteran Rewards are only for Premiun Account and not for base ones. You may only have a "soulstone fragment token".
