How?! can I change the interface language of the uo client?

I`m using XP in german language and the client is using it...I`m sick of this.. I want my old uo client in english. Tryed to uninstall..reinstall..created a folder "Program Files"..nothing helps. There is no option to choose the language you want to... If someone can help me....THANKS..a lot of THANKS.

I had your problem 1 years ago, in a pathetic shard I downloaded some stupid patches that changed my UO interface from English to Italian. It seems good but a lot of Easyuo's scripts don't work! I solved your problem with this procedure:
uninstall uo,
! Delete ALL uo's files in your pc !
reinstall uo.

Yes I did it. Cleaned up the registry..all cookies..all uo files and reinstall.. It`s the same.. thanks for the help anyways...

i have the same problem for french... don't know how to solve scripts doesn't work...

Try adding this line into the main configuration file (uo.cfg):

UserLanguageCodeString=ENG

If 'ENG' doesn't work, you should try with the string 'ENU'. Hope it works .

Thanks I solved the problem. It was simple. Just set the country settings of your PC to USA or England and restart UO
