Quickest way to raise stats

Hello,

I've been playing for a while and noticed that the stat gain here in UOD seems quite slow, what's the fastest way to raise stats here?

When you're at the skills cap (700 skills point) you can make a macro to raise faster your stats, but if you aren't at the skills cap you must wait for it!!!

...and what macro would be that?

locking all skills except camping and use kindlings?

To make raising strenght you must set up the stat "Strenght",all the skills blocked except wrestling, you have to be toward a training dummy and start to hit it (double click on it).
INTELLIGENCE: You must block all the skills except item id,set intelligence up, and use this skill on an object.
DEXTERITY: Yo have to block all the skills except stealing and set dex up, then put your pg toward a pickpocket dummy and use the skill on it.
