Characters, Gone!?!

Hello. My friend and my characters are GONE! What's the deal with that?
I just wonder if they can return? I'm very sad with this happening.
Im not sure if it should be in this forum but then again it is a question right?

If they have been cancels to you, they cannot be resumed. Someone has yours password?

1) Did you give your account/password to someone ? There are a lot o lamers in this world. Maybe someone cancelled your characters.

2) How many accounts do you have. Remember, just 1 account with your personal data. If you have more than 1 account the staff can delete them.

3) Ask the staff
