can someone please explain how i can gm lockpicking? ( all the chests in dungeons seem to be unlocked ) ( i couldnt understand what was written in "training" thread )

The maximum level you can obtain from chests is 95;to gm lockpicking you have to pick treasure chests at least of third level(my advise is to open paragon chest) or you can open chests that are in the lost lands(these chests are often guarded by orcs....you can recognize the spot because there is always a prisoner claming your aid
