whats wrong with my stats!!

my stats improved so slowly....my skill is already 700...but my stats is still around 150,,,,go up very slowly...
i think maybe i dont know some key about how to improved stats...or some wrong with it,,
how can tell me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
