I think it's very hard. Maybe it's easier using "Enemy of One", "Consacrate weapon" with chivalry and with healing to quickly heal yourself.

I believe i'ts too hard....
However you shall increase parryng and add the skill healing and anatomy and also found an armor with 70 phisical resist and not under 60 in fire resist

This is my idea:

120 black
100 mining
100 swordmanship
100 tactics
080 chiv
100 peace
100 musi

Peace a dragon with slayer instrumet and then cast "enemy of one" + "consacrate weapon" and hit it with a slayer weapon (maby a longsword dragon slayer + a good shield with HCI)


"Magic resist" is NOT necessary to kill a dragon (and for all pvm)
