Auction Bug After Server Crash

last night after server crash my items in the auction lost.. i couldnt get neither their money nor i got my items.. i opened ticket for game masters they said me to send a msg to amdir but i think his incoming msg list is full so he is not accepts anymore incoming mesaages..i couldnt speak with amdir what i need to do now ?
