    [BUG] faster casting recovery + bushido

    i have facter cating recovery 6 but when i cast bushido some times i see the message " you have not yet recovered to casting the spell"
    i think fcr not working correctly on bushido

      fcr 6 not = to 2 spell less delay.

      Message is correct.
