The Auctioneer can be used to buy and sell objects.
Artifacts/SOP/SOS must be exchanged only by the auctioneer, and can be traded only in the Auctioneer subsection of the Marketplace Forum.

Gladiator's collar is an Artifact, and you cannot sell this object in this section of the forum. You can sell its through Auctioneer in game. And you cannot ask Artifacts as payment.

Matteoganio non importa se ha editato dopo che hai postato etc, il gladiator's collar è un artefatto, perciò hai sbagliato a prescindere.
