Lol, yesterday i lost my money on poker and i died once so my stuff werent in insure... Then i got some money from guild members and i insured all my stuff and logged out. When came online toda i didint wach if my stuff were not insured so i started to play and i died and i lost all my items... What can i do in a situation like this ?

i'm afraid you can't do anything
When you die and cannot auto-renew, auto renew wears off. Maybe you just didn't think about that and you just insured (not auto-insured) the new items, so they get lost.
