Problem with Login

Good my problem is the following, I am new and I finish creating the account today, I had download all necessary that I know (framework and the razor). Then I enter I put my user and password, then verifies account and everything is good, soon when I choose the server (Uo Dreams) it remains in conecting. What I can make to solve this problem?
