Hi, sweetie.

As you can see, I did my "fuckin' job": I did it by jailing you.

I jailed your pg for one day because you started spamming and performing pvp actions while a GM (me) was clearly visible and talking/doing his job with other pgs.

The definition of spamming also includes unuseful/obnoxious spell casting: just like you, also the other pgs who (example) casted energy fields on me were jailed.

Sorry if you didn't notice the approaching yellow/purple names, but that is entirely your fault.
It's also your fault to be uninformed regarding play rules: you must read the rules BEFORE even starting to play, and you cannot require me or another GM/Admin/Helper etc. to inform you on what is allowed or not each time you login.

Anyway, some jailed pgs have been released in a short while, and the same I was going to do with you. That is when you started page spamming, demanding that I apologised (!) and threatening me with statements like "I will call an Admin" and so on.

Later, during the evening, I came back in jail and tried to have a chat with you, but you didn't talk to me.
I replied to your too many pages, always being kind, asking you not to be rude and whine, because I wanted to explain to you my reasons.
As an answer, you bad-mouthed me.

Given your behaviour I should increase your jail duration for the following infringements:
- page spamming (1 day)
- insulting a GM using pages (3-5 or more days full account)

I should also take actions in game because of these posts you made, where your bad manners and attitude are clear enough for everybody to see.

This time I will consider it enough to only take a disciplinary action in the forum section.

This doesn't mean I consider your behaviour or explanations acceptable by any means.

(Btw, other GMs and pager were present when you started your odd behaviour, and all your actions, statements, pages and insults have been recorded.)

Hello Darling. I would like to see the logs. How did I insult you? How did I harash you? How did my Explo Fs Greather heal distract your work? Im writing just get this straight. And you also wrote that all the other GM saw what I wrote. Well thats only a good thing. And you said that everything was recorded, well thats even more better. Now please paste the logs here se we can all see my "bad insulting spamming behaviour" And if you didnt notice when you visited me in jail. Maybe I was Afk? Waiting for an ansver for my pages. Aand then next ild like to see the part of Rules where it says that casting spells is forbidden. Thats no spam. All this distracting shit -,- Well If my explo fs g heal was such a distract and I "spammed" then you should have jailed all the ppl there because they wrote same time as I did.

Read my record <3 But no offence I just want to get this straing gos ya wrote that I insulted you and acted harashing. From the Logs we will clearly see if I insulted you by anyway. And for "page spamming" you didnt tell me to stop pageing and pageing isnt forbidden far as I know. Ahh and I did actually recieve some message via icq but the time I opened it my icq crashed so I couldnt read it O_o I just love uod and its new staff members <3

I read the logs and can entirely confirm what Vanth said, for those who are blind enough not to see that your posts here are offensive enough.

Do you really want to fool us by stating that "are you stupid" is a question therefore is not offensive? That "cut the crap" means "stop making nonsenses"? Furthermore on your last thread you cursed. You wrote O.M.F.G. which is not exactly a polite way to express oneself. You suggested that Vanth is a "slow thinker". If you want to be a part of this community you have to express yourself in a polite manner and behave properly and FOLLOW THE RULES like everybody else. Maybe you haven't noticed, but we speak english better then you do, so go on and brag about the hidden meaning of your rude way of making your point.

Vanth still tried to be peaceful and cheerful, and to limit the actions against you to just the forum, though at the same time warning you about what you were risking if she applied the rules to the letter, but it seems that you just can't get it that way...

Well I am following the rules. And yes if you would know how many times this kinda crap has happened to me you could say that I dont know when to cut it. And I dont care if you have read the logs.. Whats so difficult in upping them to net and give me the url here? I have asked for logs many times before and I never get to see them. Why is that? Well last time I was told that they werent recorded bla bla and now I hear someone showing off with "Btw all you messages were recorded" so I simply asked to see them. In my last post I didnt insult or anything I just asked for simple ansvers. If she cant give them to me all she has to do is say so. Im just not that kind of a person who will accept everything made by the "higher power" I feel that jailing me because of casting Explosion, Flame Strike, Greather heal and after that accusing me of "Spamming" is wrong. If those 5 lines what I wrote there were a distrack why dont you just get on with it and jail about 5 dudes who were there, if you dont remember the names I can give them to ya.

I suggest you to see the movie "Rebel without a cause"...we work hard to let players enjoy the game and I wonder why always the same players are the ones who get into these kind of situations...if the staff has a flaw, IMHO is that we are way too tolerant. Our lives would be oh so simpler if we applied the rules to the letter...
