necro on arena

why necroses can cast summons in arena? Mages can not cast vortex and tamer can not
take hiryu and its right.
And now i see manu necroses in wraith form.it is possible to remain without mana quickly... they leech mana from oponents when do any dmg by speels or weapon. I dont trust what its like osi. Is it bug?

this question was asked by me when i played before, i dont think it really got answered
tamer is pet not summon, so that is not allowed
necro summons like death adder or reverent is not qualified as a summon, but it should be ( i told them before)
so i dont know if they will change,
once amdir gets msn i'l talk to him (hope he gets it)
