A question about Provocation :o

Hi all! For few days I have been thinking about provocation, but I have a slight problem. I have never trained it O..O So If theres someone here who has a provocator or have had one could you please give me some kind of insctructions to go 30 - 120? Thanks.

Cast two vortex and provoke them one against the other.I did so until about 100, than it stopped working and so i provoked etheral warriors (manually) all the way till 120.It takes time however, so be patient.
