Summer Transfer

hi to all uod players
Well I want to know more about this character transfer from other shards. I`m asking here because I cant`t find more about the thread...only this "Considering the very numerous requests sent to UODreams, this summer the Staff have decided to allow the transfers of characters or guilds from other shards."
How works it? Who should I ask to get my character tranfered?
