Hopefully never.. Mondain's Legacy sucks. Check OSI and you will see..

Bolded parts are good updates and should be implemented.

im not here to discuss about what changes will led to, there are too many points to examine before expressing any opinions (dont be so pessimist aleziii, we will see )
but i can say GMs are scripting ML, the TC is used to test every new mechanic to see if its balanced, and Rhapsody sayd he is examing ML complete japanese guide
so i hope and think ML will arrive soon
