Hello Mike, like Borgo7 already said it means "Thanks by UODreams". Sometimes we give away special unobtainable items (such as that "Glacial Robe") as quest gifts or in return for players' help. In this particular case, menoka contributed economically to upgrade our OSI Account to ML.
