It's very strage... however I've a piece of advice to you... the only thing I can say it's trying to write in the better way and in the simplier possibile, becouse you've never forget that this is always an italian shard, in the good and in the bad....

2- Usually there are some international gms thath can help you, probably there were nobody.

you should know that not all people in the world speak as you do...maybe some1 speaks the language of his country and doesn't have the thinest intention to learn another language, simply cause he doesn't need it...you should know even that there are english collaborators to anwser stranger's page...

not so polite... even if we are in an italian shard the respect is always important, and the point here is not the bad service, i didnt see a line saying that, i think the point here is that all international players need a gm that fit better with night- morning italian schedule (our early night) so we can get help at our time too.

the Mike's post is not a need, it's a request... and looking it's write style you can read that he's shouting... not asking...

what I mean... when you have a matter, your right is asking for remove it, but your duty is asking it with polite words...

1) Not every Gm in the shard speaks english, he replied to help you but unfortunately he didn't know how to speak english. You could have waited and then page again, appreciating the fact that an answer, even if not useful for you, was indeed provided.

2) There's no need to start a flame by being sarcastic about the language skills of the staff in this shard. If you have a problem that GMs cannot understand (and this is not the case, as many gms in fact DO SPEAK english to provide assistence to foreigner players), you could have made a post in this forum explaining the problem and other players (italians or from other countries) would have helped you out, translating if necessary and reporting the bug.

3) It would be better if everyone in the staff spoke english like a mother-tongue but that's not entirely possible and it is not at all (IMHO) a major fault, considering that 95% of the players in the shard itself are italians, for whom that specific Gm could have been helpful.
