I think it's a mistake.
A few people alredy received that message and was an error.

I woke up early the other day and received this before the other thread, so I immediately logged on and paged Volturno, who confirmed that its all a terrible mistake, nothing to worry about.

I think the date setting on the new server needs changing from April 1st...
