How to get HOODED SHROUD OF SHADOWS?

Hi!
Please try to explain me how to get a Hooded Shroud of Shadows?
Of course I can buy one... but is there another way to get it? Do they spawn somewhere? Are they rewards for quests (what kind)? Are they rewards for playing uo for example for a year or sth...

You Must Became Premium to get the Hooded....

Just they attive you the premium...in game appear a message and if u click ok....appear in your backpack the token for the Hooded.....
