is there any way to message a player in game when u dont know where he is, OR
is there any way to pm on site, so he can respond and meet in game, or something like that

Nop But you can make uoam server and connect there with your friends. Or you can take icq what is pretty usefull here at uod

Yeah UOAM has chat which is useful, ICQ is probably best cos everyone here uses it.
Also of course if your guy is guilded with you you can send messages in game.

i dont use icq, i use msn, and what if ppl aren't on msn, cuase sometimes their not.. so im screwed

Use irc. Best and fastest way to get contact to buddy. Sadly nobody here use irc except finnish players and some random guys.
