Cant log in...

Hi I'm new to this shard, just signed up ... got my id and everything but it wont let me log onto the server.. "couldnt connect to ultima online, please try again in a few minutes..."

is the server down or something not working with my account?

would appreciate some suggestions....

What are you using to log in (Razor, gateway etc).

And also - be aware that we have had a server change, but looking at your post time you shouldn't have been affected by that, at that point.

Lets us know if you are still having problems.....
