If you have made the payment more than 15 days ago(and not less), and your PREMIUM Service has not been activated yet, send an email to gwineth@gamesnet.it to inform GN.
Writing in your e-mail, your Username, Name and Surname of the person that made the payment and the exact date of your payment.
If u can, attach to the e-mail a scanned image of your PAYMENT RECEIPT, or send it by FAX to: 02 90007656
We will check if the payment has been delayed , or if it has been overlooked.
PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE between PREMIUM SERVICE and PREMIUM BONUS
The PREMIUM service is what GAMESNET offers you for supporting us.
The PREMIUM Bonus, instead is a the packet of eventual privileges “in-game” subsequent to the activation of the PREMIUM service, and it is not of GAMESNET competence.
If you happen to be PREMIUM in GN but not in-game, you should inform the server’s staff and not here.
RENEWAL OF PREMIUM SERVICE CONTRACT
If you want or need to renew the PREMIUM Service, it is NECESSARY to re-fill in the form of the contract in GN’s portal and subscribe and pay before the expiry date.

It is recommended that you make the payment 15 days before the expiry date, as special rewards are offered to whom remains a PREMIUM user for specific periods of time, without interruption.
PLEASE WAIT FOR 14 days, before ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, as the procedure takes time.
