Are there any runehouses located *anywhere*? I need to get to deciet and ice island, but I can't buy a boat, so I need a rune there, but I can't find any houses which have runebooks that the public can use

Otherwise, try asking for a rune in places where there are lots of people (e.g Britain bank, Haven bank). There's always someone who's going to help! :PCommenta

If you do accept a rune from another player, you'd better hope it's safe
Players have been known to pass of runes to dangerous places
