The ancient samurai helm is a premium reward (for the 7th anniversary of UO). Of course you can use it, and you can get for free on february or now by subcribing a premium account. However you can try to search for somone who want to sell it...but I think it's a little bit difficult.
The hooded robe is a gift that you receive when you become premium. This item is a little bit easy to find if you search in the market forum (in the "various" subsection). The prize is about 400 / 500K gp. But I think its a good thing if you receive that because of premium account... so you can help our shard to keep alive

well Lean, thnx a bunch for the info. It`s too bad that those rewards are for Premium accs, cause im a really samurai fan, and would kill for one of those xD.

However, ìf i haven`t missread (mi italian is pretty bad :P) to become premium u gotta pay.. and the euro ecuation is a lil bit outta my league.
