why cant i join (cup)

i have emarqued something. i tryed to join cup but when they try to let me join it cant. i dont know, i know its a neutral guild and like that and i own all the other guilds . i think its because i was a true briatnnier before andf now i am away from that guild normally so i thinkmaybe i can join cup. i got the feelinbg i cant ever join that guild lol even if they want me. i know they want me

if i understood cleary,u've just said u're a TB right?if it is so,u gotta quit the faction,wait seven days and then u can join.
if u are factioned u cant join in guilds which are not factioned as well and viceversa.
