If You want to receive your rewards, and also to be able to see it ( lol 
) you should:
1) be sure to have the 4.0.4b client version
2) DO NOT use our launcher to patch UO, use the client.exe located in your ultima online directory
3) If the patch fails, be sure to wipe all the files located in the PATCH folder, located INSIDE your ultima online DIR, be sure also to switch off your firewall and/or other programms that may be in conflict with the update and try again.
4)the worsth!.. uninstall/reinstall uo eand patch it
- in order to patch succesful, you should:
...a)backup your pg files, that is located in the DESKTOP folder, inside your ultima online directory (2d and/or 3d)
...b)uninstall ultima online
...c)reinstall ultima online
...d)use the CLIENT.EXE that is located in your desktop (DO NOT USE OUR LAUNCHER)
...e)patch ultima online to the latest patch available
...f)close ultima online
...g)now if you previously backup your pg data, it's the time to put it again were they was.
...h)log in with OUR LAUNCHER
