It will fix all memory problems permitting to increase online users, and will reduce saving time.

Hmm, i've noticed one problem. I cannot sell anything to vendors. First i thought it's Razor (i use sell agent most of the time), but i tried and disabling the agent and starting UO without razor - i cannot sell anything Is it only for me?
