I have 2 questions.
1.
Where can i find gems(topaz,diamond,amber...)
2.
if i will find a treasure will i need a lockpicking skill to open it?

1) Usally in monsters' loot. Solen warriors, drakes, Dragons and Earth Elementals usally have gems on their loot.

2) I think you'll need lockping for treasures from level 2 and above.

Or you can buy jewels from vendor-jeweller (for instance, one's located near Britain Bank)

Yes, you're right. You can either buy them from Jeweler NPCs^^
There's one located near Luna's Bank and, like you said before, there's one in Britain too. It's W from the bank

Julius - as someone has already said to get gems kill Red Solen Warriors - they are quite easy, and have 1-6 gems. Dragons have more gems, but of course they are tougher. To open chest you can use spell Lock, but it works only on Chest level 1 and 2. To open level 3 you need about 80 lockipck, level 4 92, level 5-6 - 100 lockpick.

Must we use Lock or unLock?
