    Why I can not craft any shield with HCI by Runic hammer?

      For a recent fix on UOD. Now you cannot craft shield whit HCI.. it was an OSI fix.. Sorry

          No bug, as olaf said, it is a OSI style fix!

          You can't craft shield with HCI and you can't find shield with HCI in the mob loot!

          Only shields that existed before the fix may have HCI!
