I won the gloves 6 days ago. I did contact with SELLER. But he is ignoring me.... It feels like he sold gloves out of market place to other person for the good price !!!! That is a nonsense !!!

He is writing on forum information for me in Italian language but exactly knows that I don't speak this language. He knows English because he was trading with Uogatis ( he is my friend).

So everything what happened you can see on that link before.

So Dear Admins and Administrators, I have no idea what to do but I want to see the gloves as soon as possible.

What you can do:
- Contact him/her through the contact written in the first post.
- Edit one of your posts in the sale thread inciting the seller/buyer to contact you.

What you CANNOT do:
- Contact the STAFF. Moderators' contacts are in their signature or in this thread.
- Make a reply post to incite the buyer/seller. A new post will be considered like an irregular "UP"!"

Yeah, well, these are the rules.
Im's sorry to hear that you're not getting the gloves (if that's what is going on), but there's not much you can do now, except for reading thoroughly market rules and act consequently.

You're way out of line. There's no need to get angry at me (by the way this guy, Danes, it's not a friend of mine nor i know who he is), relax.
If he is ignoring you and you did try to contact him within the 72 hours period, all you can do is:

"I REALLY CANNOT CONTACT THE SELLER/BUYER. WHAT CAN I DO?
First you have to try to contact the seller/buyer on the contact he wrote in the first post of the thread.
If so seems unresponsive you can Repost the post.
How to report a post:
Under the avatar in a post you can find a small triangle, click on it to report that post. You can also write a short description of the problem."

These rules are applied to everyone in this shard, why should it be different for you?

Because he doesn't want to sell them to me !! do you need other person(uogatis) who won peace of armor and seller contacted on the same day like i won, and seller was speaking in English with him but now he is demonstrating that he is not speaking English at all. But on the same moment i tried to contact with him, he is ignoring.

you can just report the seller to market moderators using the "Report Post" button. seller will be punished by a money fine, usually the same amount reached by the auction.

but you won't get the item if seller doesn't trade it to you. no admin or gm will put it into your backpack even if you won the auction. these are market rules

WHo said it isn't.

In real life (just think about ebay) it's the same with some little differences.
If the buyer or the seller DOESN'T SELL or PAY the object they are not obliged to but they take a warning.
How can you pretend that your way is the right one.
I can understand your anger but in the uod market you have 72h to complete the deal. If one of the two part doesn't the only way is to CONTACT a moderator (PRIVATELY NOT HERE) or REPORT the post on the market. That's the rule and latins said (and we say too): IGNORATIA LEGIS NON EXCUSAT (The ignorance of the law is not excused). That's it.
