I cannot connect

Hi Happy new year!!!

I received information that the event would start so I went downstairs to the event of Christmas, I got to see there the "Servitor the british" and the message appeared lost connection, I tried to connect everything appears normal, but when I choose the pg appears connection lost, I waited a few minutes and can login with another pg and no problem, but the other pgis not possible login always the information conecction lost !!!
