BODs exchange delay ...

What is purpose of this thing? To annoy people who are doing tailo / bs bods?
Now when you want to exchange ~ 100 bs/tailo bods it takes about 1hour to do that :E (without this delay it was like 15 minutes max).
I bet I'm not the only person on this shard annoyed by this delay -.-

Delay is an obstacle to etreme Bod scrit ... or I think to increase the price of barbed/bod
