The story so far...
A pg paged us due a stuck problem, in the page he also described his weird situation, regarding "how-2-stuck a player, and if this manners was legal or not.."
So i went there.. (concealed) and i saw the situation.. the pg was dead with his dead swamp bonded, he was stuck inside this fancy bagball structure, raised by Sorano and his nice fellowships.
As a staff member, what should i do in this case? let's think about it..
1)was the pg able to "rel por" away, freeing himself? no.. because he was death and unable to cast magic spells
2)was the pg able to use the proper HELP options to recall away from the situation? no.. because inside the dungeons in felucca this options won't work
3)Sorano and his fellowships deserve the jail for this reasons? no because is NOT illegal to act in this way. (we have other examples like the bagballs to the minax castle, and this is NOT illegal)
Now.. if, for a moment, we think about the "mechanicals" aspects of the game.. Sorano and his friends used some items to abuse of a this "mechanicals aspects",in this case, just to stuck the player there, and this method could be seen like a form of "light harrassment", that's why the pg call us, cuz he cannot continue to play due this situation.
So i decided to speak to all, leaving the shadow, i become visible and started to talk.. asking who was the builder of such structure, Sorano start to kidding me, pointing towards a water elemental (summoned)..
"asd i thought!",..surely if we could discuss a little upon this situation, understandings the reasons why i was there, all this situation never exist, but Sorano's friends prefer to "raise a wall" made of "on Osi this isn't illegal, what are u saying? what kind of staff we have??", and, at last, Sorano emerge from this "wall" pointing at me .. saying that im a noob.. the staff is made of noobs..
nice way to speak about the situation uh? i remember there's a lot of you that promote more "dialogue" between staff and pg's..
i merely ask You .. was this what you meant??
I didn't went there to jail anyone.. i went there to solve the problem, from one side we had a page of a pg that deserve to play, from the other side we had Sorano and his fellowships who deserve the same rights.. so, i thought that speaking about the problem could lead a way to solve it..
I usually jail following the Shard RULES.. not due personal reasons.. ok? in this case, Sorano was guilty because he told me noob and NOT for the stuck problem.
If there's a problem, im the FIRST to lend an hand to solve it, i hope next time he will be more respectful towards who work hard to keep the shard up and running for free showing more respect and maybe thinking a bit more upon the situation, im not Mr. UO! and i'm ready to apologize if i was wrong, but anyone gives you the right to say bad words to the staff or towards any other people who play here and deserve the same respect.

Well, I might have been a bit provocing, but that was because of all the latest jail attempts (done by imho noobstaff) on all minaxers during the last very short time span... attempts which were all very very ridicolous!!
So when u popped up and wondered if my beautiful structure was legal I got the feeling;
"Omg, yet another noob in the staff trying to jail me or someone else for simple bullshit."
And that's when I spoke what was on my mind.
According to me, a proffesional staff would have done like this:
Appeared and explained to us that the char was stilled blocked inside the boxes(and could not use blocked function for whatever reason, I have used it inside Despise before, so maybe he had already used it 2 times during 24 hours?), then the staffmember would have said that u will teleport him to a tile outside the boxes. and he could then walk away happily as a ghost.
Then, how big of an insult "noob" is and if it's worth a jail/ban or not, is another matter. As I see it everyone calls eachother noob all the time, just take example of Minax TS (denx niubbo) :P
The reason to why I didnt respond to the first thread is because my internet was down all the day yesterday! :/
