aiuto problemi con l'uo patch

ho fatto l'aggiornamento ma ad un certo punto mi si blocca
mi dice:Error reading file name length from socket

come posso fare per continuare?

• Disinstalla UO
• Cancella la cartella rimanente di UO
• Reinstalla UO (possibilmente Age of Shadows)
