Quivers never do any changes on your weapon, it is still 100%, it does not split, example 50% poison damage and 50% energy. or when wear the element quiver your weapon must to show 100% chaos damage .

if quivers for archers do them just for archers example, damage should wok on range weapons and quivers bonuses should wok just for archers. example Quiver of infinity has dci5% , so bonus should work if pg has archery skill, because for the archer really hard to get dci , for the warrior or mage, it is more easier, cause they have shields. Otherwise it is dis-balance to Archers.
